Installing theme with instant WordPress

    Hello
    Can someone tell me why, when I try to install a theme on Instant WordPress, I have 9 times on 10 a message error like
    Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::add_panel() in E:\New Folder\InstantWP_4.3\iwpserver\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\sg-window\inc\customize.php on line 11
    or
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in E:\New Folder\InstantWP_4.3\iwpserver\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\kurama\functions.php on line 170
