Installing template tags.. fine, but editing?

Hi, i’ve inserted the template tag wp_list_pages, and styled them horizontal so that it acts as a navigation bar, but I have the ‘pages’ title before the links. It’s the same for categories and stuff as well, could someone enlighten me ? 🙂

On the same subject, I call the search bar using its template tag, but I would like to arrange some of the form elements, so move the submit button etc, where do I go to edit this so that after it is edited, the template tag will keep calling the edited version?
