As this appears to be a commercial plugin, you need to contact the vendors.

Usually, you would find the contact and support information on the same site where you purchased the plugin, or in the documentation that came with your download.
Its one of the free ones that come with wordpress
Then I suppose you might need to start a new thread as opposed to posting on one that is a month old and has nothing to do with your specific issue – this one is about a commercial plugin – so that others might get a chance to see it and reply based on your specific circumstances.
Please make sure to provide some details in your new request, such as: name of the plugin that’s giving you trouble, what specifically that trouble is, any error messages you might be seeing, and any details about your installation that might be important. (Self hosted, wordpress.com site, running on your desktop at home using MAMP, WAMP. XAMPP, etc…)
