I checked the database again and the config.php and clicked the install link, and got this:

I cleared my tables I don’t know what its saying.
I guess the database isn’t big enough. Gee.
I’ve got 1&1 hosting. says the databse is 100MB. That struck me as small but I didn’t think much of it.
