    see if this thread helps.

I’ve hit a similar problem and I cant load WP via fantastico either

My message states that there are conflicting file names but i find that hard to believe as I have never installed anything before.

@gomerc, have you reviewed the thread I linked in one of my previous posts?

Can you ftp to the site. If so you seem to have an index page on http://www.teethbrighteningreviews.com/ so look at the ftp files and directories listings and see if you can find the wp-admin directory. If it is there check permissions, change directory into it and see if the index.php has the right permissions.

Fantastico may have loaded the files, but you need to know hwre they are.

Thanks datasoftict, i have check the files directories and i find wp-admin and how do i know if index.php has the right permission, can you please explain to me how to go about this.
the problem is that i’m new to all this but i’m willing to learn fast.
    thanks for your help.

To be clear you have a file http://www.teethbrighteningreviews.com/wp-admin/index.php and you can see this in your ftp programme.

Try changing permissions on the wp-admin folder to 775 (read, write, execute) on the folder. Be sure that the folder is in your root web folder and not one level higher, so if it on the same level as a folder that might be named web, html, public_html it is in the wrong place. It would help if you printed a directory entry and posted the relevant bits here. You should be able to copy and paste the listing, and the listing should show permissions.
