installation on sub-directoy

Dear Sir,

Pleasse let me know may i install GTranslate in sub-directory in website.?

Because the main page of our website is for example domain.com in english and, we have a sub-directory for another language for example domain.com/fr. Now, we intend to install GTranslate on domain.com/fr and tranalste it to all required languages exclude english. But the urls are created like to domain.com/fr/es or domain.com/fr/ar and it dont show correctly. Please guide.
