    Hello there,

    I have activated Ultimate Member – Online by Ultimate Member version 2.1.3 in my admin and I can’t seem to be able to see any change being reflected in the admin UI so I can access the plugin settings. There’s no indication of the plugin in the dashboard or the user profile. My question is – is there a way to install the plugin manually? I do have the ultimate dashboard installed but there’s no indication of ultimate members under any of the sub-menus. I am particularly interested in the private messaging extension which should be a huge problem solver and I just want to make sure the parent plugin is installed and configured correctly first. Can anybody offer any help, please? Thank you! ElemSailor.

    p.s: If the plugin has been already activated, why am I still seeing the following notification in the ‘ultimate dashboard’ Widgets dashboard?

    “The Ultimate Member – Online extension requires the Ultimate Member plugin to be activated to work properly. You can download it here”

    I have installed the user profile plugin and it seems like that’s what I was looking for. I would love to know if anybody could suggest a good way to incorporate the private messaging extension? Is there a way to use it as an email system inside a portal multisite? Thank you!
