    I’m receiving the following message, however the program doesn’t show in my plug-ings. Please let me know what I can do to install or find the program. Thanks

    Delete wp-content/plugins/wired-impact-volunteer-management/ via FTP or your hosting control panel and then try the installation again.

    I’m sorry you’re running into issues @covinahills and thanks for hopping in to help out @sterndata.

    I agree with @sterndata that deleting the folder then trying to install again is the right approach.
