installation gives an is_readable error

    I get the following error after activating the plugin
    Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\Inetpub\vhosts\inseeks.com\httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/C:\Inetpub\vhosts\inseeks.com\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\scroll-triggered-boxes/languages/scroll-triggered-boxes-en_US.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:\Inetpub\vhosts\inseeks.com\httpdocs\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\inseeks.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 471

    I checked the languages folder and the said file is not there.What to do?

    Hi there,

    This is not a plugin issue, are you on WordPress 4.0? It looks like your WordPress installation is looking for a language file that does not exists and then runs into server a configuration error.

    A quick google search led me to this and this page. I see you’re on a development environment, will the final server also be running Windows?
