I am unable to add a post through the front page of my website. The cpanel says “Installation files not found”. I also can’t access my dashboard. I got an email on Tuesday saying my blog had been updated to WordPress 6.8.2 but cpanel shows like the last update it recorded was 6.2.2
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
According to the public data, your website is running version 6.8.2. So the latest version is installed.
You will need to check with your host’s support team to find out why your cpanel is showing something different. We here in the support forum cannot really help you with this, as no one here manages your cpanel.
However, the 404 message when creating a new post is very strange. Especially since the admin bar is visible at the top. However, since you are using the commercial plugin WPBakery as an editor for your content, I would recommend contacting their support team: https://support.wpbakery.com – we cannot help with commercial products here in the forum.
