Installation Fails

Hi,
Has anyone ever had the issue of the plugin falling over and giving a Server Error when trying to activate the plugin after installing it.
I’m using WP4.9.4 and have tried deactivating other plugins – still nothing!
The only issue I can see, which I cant do anything about is my web provider is using cURL 7.22.

Anyone with any ideas – muchly appreciated!
