Installation: Failed to update advanced-cache.php file | WordPress.org

I tried to install ZenCache.
I get “Failed to update your /wp-content/advanced-cache.php file. …”.

I created “advanced-cache.php” file and chmod this file to 666.
Still the same error. What is wrong?

Sorry, it was typo mistake and I didn’t set right permissions.

But now I still have problem – after I press Save All Changes, it opens blank page. In URL I can find http://www.xxxxxx.yy/wp-admin/admin.php?page=zencache&_wpnonce=a444d4100e

And I can’t find anything about Zencache in View Source after reloading website (in other browser, without being logged).

Any idea?
