Installation failed. Phlox core plugin

    I have installed Phlox Theme (free version). The theme is installed but while installing supported plugins, when I click on the Install Phlox core plugin option, it gives installation failed error.

    I have tried debugging, but the error is not showing in debugging. I also googled it but could not find any relevant solution. Also checked the PHP version, memory limit etc.

    Any help would be really appreciated.
