Installation error

Hello

When I install this plugin I get the following error
Fatal error: Erreur : impossible de créer la table : wpescan_tm_reference_pricings (Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes) in /home/xxxxxx/www/escan/wp-content/plugins/wp-textmaster/wp-textmaster.php on line 164

any help sorting this out would be appreciated
