Installation error

After activating the plugin I get this at the top of the screen.
The plugin generated 3642 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
I didn’t notice any “headers already sent” messages. I can add events and the event setting page is accessible but a widget is nowhere to be seen. I have tried deactivating and reactivating. Also removing the plugin and reinstalling.

After reinstalling I noticed the events I had been testing with were still there so it doesn’t appear as if the plugin is removing everything when you uninstall it. My guess is if there were any issues with settings they would not have been removed when uninstalling the plugin.

Any suggestions as to what maybe going wrong?
