Installation Error

    Hello,

    I am trying to install ‘MarketPress – WordPress eCommerce’ to my WordPress site, however when I installed the plugin I got the error below and it crashed my site.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare country_list() (previously declared in /home/leahloveshomes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-core/wpsc-deprecated.php:769) in /home/leahloveshomes/public_html/wp-content/themes/wpestate/libs/property.php on line 639

    I had to go into my GoDaddy/Cpanel account and delete the file to restore my site.

    How do I successfully install ‘MarketPress – WordPress eCommerce’?

    Hello bennettng,

    I’ve checked MarketPress plugin code and there isn’t function like country_list() that could case a conflict.
    But looking on this error it appeard to me that it comes from another plugin: https://wpecommerce.org/ (it’s not the same plugin as MarketPress)
    So there is conflict with this plugin and your theme.

    There should be no conflict of this kind if you try to install our MarketPress (you can download it here https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-ecommerce/ )
