    I’m having troubles installing this app on my website. I’ve followed the setup wizard, but no filters are showing up on my shop page. Are there any instructions I can follow to see if I’m setting it up wrong?

    1. Create filter (wp-admin -> BeRocket -> Product Filters -> Filters)
    2. Add AAPF Filter Single to the sidebar(wp-admin -> Appearance -> Widgets)
    3. Select in it filter you created and save

    You will see the filter now on pages where there are products and this sidebar shown.

    Thanks for the reply,

    I followed your exact setup instructions as well as the setup wizard and still no filters show up on my shop page. I’ve tested different widgets as well and still nothing. Does this plugin not work with my theme? It’s a woocommerce theme so I would assume it should work.

    Hello @mwitthus,

    Please try to add some other widget to same sidebar with filters, maybe sidebar not displayed at all.

    The sidebar works when I test other widgets like the default product filters for woocommerce, but I want to use this app since it gives you the ability to put the filter button above the products and not on the side.

    Please enable DEBUG MODE in admin area -> BeRocket -> Account Keys.

    Where would I find my account keys though?

    You do not need key for free version of plugin.
    Please enable DEBUG MODE option to check the issue.

    I enabled Debug Mode in the plugin. What should I do now? Do I need to click the “Get Errors” button? Or should the filters now be working? Because I still don’t see any filters.

    Right now page do not have filters at all.
    Please provide screenshot how filters are displayed.
