the plug in is in the plug in folder, it says that it’s activated, but at the top of the page is a message to install and activate Nextgen. Also where are the tools to make the galleries?

so I have a password and a login and I want to transfer everything from http://www.neilreidman.com to my word press account how do i DO IT?
Is there a dashboard which I need to acccess
