install via laughing squid & filezilla

Hi – Having issues with install..

I have followed Laughing Squid tutorial..

Create database, edit coding, transferred files using filezilla..

But then when I go to install via web browser I get the:

Not Found
The requested URL /web/content/wordpress-2/wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2 Server at http://www.tipforchange.org.au Port 80

I am using the URL as suggested..

http://www.tipforchange.org.au/web/content/wordpress-2/wp-admin/install.php

Any help???
