    When I put the following Short code (for the Product Catalogue) on a page [gkit id=4] I get the following error on the page
    Can you help
    Ooooops!!! Short-code related portfolio wasn’t found in your database!

    When I loaded the GridKit plugin non-payment I had no issues

    Dear @fitteddoors,

    As you can see the errors are in cherry-plugin-s files. Maybe you need to deactivate it and then activate the GridKit plugin?
    The “Ooooops!!! Short-code related portfolio wasn’t found in your database!” error appears when you include a shortcode of a grid which doesn’t exist.
    Are you sure you have a grid with id=4 saved on your dashboard?

    I tested the free version with no issues. Grid 4 does exist. Please may i have a refund, thanks
