Install from SQL instead of 5 minute install

    I am about to install WordPress, but would like to use the existing database that I have. Being new to this, I did not see anywhere where I might get the SQL to load into my database manually instead of using the quick 5 minute installation. What concerns me and the reason why I am looking to do it this way is because I have seen some automatic installers completely wipe an existing database and replace with their code. I CAN’T have that happen. So can anyone point me to the WordPress SQL stuff so I can use MyPHPAdmin to load the tables manually?
