When you inspect the non working image of Instagram on the page, does the url end with ..._8.jpg or ..._7.jpg?
And if you access the url by directly typing it in the address bar, does the image gets loaded?

Not by clicking through, by pasting the image url in the address bar and hitting enter. I’m saying this because the linked page is not an image but with some image container elements. So tell me what you see if you paste the image url in the address bar of the browser and hit enter.
Also are you using v1.3.3.1?
I’ve confirmed that some of the Instagram’s images ending with _7.jpg still work.
I updated the development version that should fix the issue. Let me know if it works for you.

Yes using the latest version. Still having some issues. Just shows a blank area. This was one ending in 8.jpg that I just spotted now…

Try v1.3.3.2 and renewing the caches via Settings -> Reset -> Caches -> Clear Caches.
