Instagram oEmbed not working

    Hello

    I have wordpress 4.9.15. I have installed and configured the plugin. I have this message in the oEmbed plugin option after connecting with Facebook’s page:

    You can use the Instagram Feed plugin to power your Instagram oEmbeds, both old and new.
    The Instagram Feed plugin is now powering your Instagram oEmbeds.

    But it doesn’t work. The Instagram oEmbeds are not working.

    Is there anything I should do in order to make it working apart from connecting the plugin with Instagram and Facebook?

    Thank you Sorry I thought it was working but it isn’t

    If I paste just an Instagram url it doesn’t work

    Should I paste all the Instagram embed code with its scripts etc? If I do it it works but it’s not what I was looking for.

    Hey @johndbb,

    You should just need to paste the Instagram link directly in a text box in the WordPress editor on your site. To further be able to investigate the issue for you we will require the System Info from your plugin settings which includes more sensitive information, so we ask that you send us a support request on our website here, where we will be happy to further assist you.

    In my case, even posting the whole instagram embed code does not help (it shows an empty box with only text and no image). I separately posted a topic about this in the forum.
