Instagram Global Tag Plugin Needed

I am in need of an Instagram Plugin that allows for Global Tags meaning I neeed to be able to use the hashtag #khsreunion if any instagram users uses it and capture those photos into my plugin.

I tried http://wordpress.org/plugins/alpine-photo-tile-for-instagram/
however it seems to offer this functionality it just doesn’t work and it seems the dev has stopped for the plugin.

Any ideas?
