    Thank you for reaching out to us here. First, please make sure you have the latest version of the plugin installed, 2.8.2. If the issue persists, there may be a temporary issue with Instagram/Facebook’s API. Try clearing your cache by saving your settings on the “Configure” tab.

    Finally, you may need to reconnect the account. In the plugin settings use the Connect an Instagram Account button and reconnect the account you want to display. If the issue persists, please send us a support request via our website here.
