I have this in the error_log
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/vhosts/*/httpdocs/*/wp-content/plugins/feed-them-social/feeds/instagram/instagram-feed.php on line 380

    Hey @marnyscom,
Can you please regenerate your app token for instagram on the instagram options page under the Feed Them Tab when logged in and see if that helps.

    Thanks,
    Justin Labadie

I’ve already tried and it has not worked

I tested your shortcode and it is working ok. Possibly your wp super cache needs to be emptied out as well as our cache?

I disabled the cache and still the same

What if any does the error message on the Instragram Options page say? It could be a case of the access token hitting API rate limits. One thing I would suggest doing is increasing the cache time to at least one day. You can adjust that on the Settings->Global Options page of our plugin. If you really need a new post to show up right away then you can delete the cache manually, but every 5 minutes puts a strain on the access tokens across the board for all feeds usually.

Thanks for your answer, but it is not working.
I am trying to generate the shortcode again and I have found another error: when I push the button “Convert Instagram Username”, the Instagram ID does not appear. The console log show this: “meta: Object { code: 400, error_type: “APINotAllowedError”, error_message: “This endpoint has been retired” }”.
    Hope you can help me.
    Thanks again.

    Instagram makes Change
Instagram decided to retire API endpoints without warning affecting parts of our plugin Feed Them Social. It will no longer be possible to display feeds of other users instagram accounts – only your own. Hashtag feeds and user accounts you have access to should still work. We apologize for an inconvenience and also for not being able to give you any prior warning to this happening due to instagram not giving us the chance. Please know we are diligently working on improving Feed Them Social to adapt to these changes.

“Convert Instagram Username” Button not working on our Settings page.
This change means the current “Convert Instagram Username” button is temporarily not working. We are working on a solution and will get out an update ASAP. The temporary solution is that you can view your instagram ID by looking at the access token you generated on the Instagram Options page. Notice the highlighted section of the photo below, that is your user ID.

Thanks for your patience through this transition,
