Instagram feed blocked

    Hi, This plugin is blocking the Instagram feed from loading.

    I have already tried changing the Smash Balloon settings. First it was set to automatic which would show only 3 images prior to consent and the rest after consent and reload. We want all to show all the time so I set it to “No” which, according to the docs, should show all the images however after changing that now NO images show at all even after consent and reload.

    I have also searched this forum and found another person with this issue but the fix suggested there – to go to GDPR Cookie Consent Script Blocker settings can not be done. When I go there the “Enabled” toggle is green and set to enabled but is also faded out and unselectable. Next to Smash Balloon Twitter Feed it says ( Inactive ).

    If I disable GDPR Cookie Consent things work as expected ie. the Instagram feed loads. How can I fix this?

    We are not able to replicate such an issue. We recommend checking after enabling our plugin and Instagram feed plugin only on your site and disabling other plugins. Still, if the issue occurs, please switch your theme to any WordPress default theme and see whether the issue is present or not.
