When the Insta icon is clicked it sends you here:

Under admin part 5 where it says do you want to display counts, the retrieve counts option is selected, and it directs to this Insta name: pinky_and_her_brain
Facebook counts retrieves fine, and YouTube is purposely set not to show any accounts – so those are doing what I need them to do.

I just tried on my dummy blog, there it retrieves a number correctly. Could you please check if you entered any space too much? If issues persist, please email us at support at ultimatelysocial dot com.

We discovered the issue: So many users use our plugin that we reached the limit of requests we can make to Instagram to get the counts. We’re currently talking to Instagram to fix that.

@chantillypatino This thread is about Instagram counts not working. Facebook and Twitter should work fine. Please open a new thread for that, and state your selections and your blog url so that we can investigate.
