  • Hi, @frank30026!

There are a few things we can check here.

First, make sure you’re using the latest version of the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin, 2.6.1. You can find that here: Facebook for WooCommerce.

Second, if you still experience issues, it may be that your currency is not supported. If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterward. However, this isn’t an officially recommended workaround so we can’t guarantee that it will work.

Third, if that still doesn’t work:

    1. Deactivate the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and delete it.
    2. Go to yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php (please change yoursite.com to your URL)
    3. Search for wc_facebook_external_business_id, update the field to include only ASCII characters and save. Best practice: use your store name plus a 13-digit random string, e.g., store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q
    4. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations. Click on the checkbox next to “WooCommerce Integration” and click on the blue “Remove” button
    5. Re-install the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and go through the setup process again

Please give my suggestions a go, and let us know if you continue having issues!

    Hi, @frank30026!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. However, we’ll be here if/when you’re ready to continue.
