Insert Shortcode Button is not working

    Hi,
    Hope you are doing great.

    Insert Shortcode Button is not working on my site. I also followed the steps you mentioned in your other thread regarding Insert Shortcut Button but it did not work for me.

    When I insert the button shortcode into my post, It displays a horizontal line https://imgur.com/a/HElLmgJ instead of the button. Please assist me in this regard.
