Since I’ve updated WordPress, I’m no longer able to scroll down to the bottom of “Insert Media”, which makes it impossible to add images to my pages and posts. I’m using PageLayer to edit my pages/posts. I’ve tried everything I could think of, but even with the page completely zoomed out, the view set to desktop mode, and different display settings from my side, nothing I do works.

I’ve also had difficulty nesting columns next to each other. No matter what I set the col-width to, the columns doesn’t change size or move next to each other.

Which update are you referring to exactly? The WordPress update itself – from a version 6 to 7? Or an update within version 7?

Try deactivating all plugins just to rule them out as the cause.

    version 7.0.4 WordPress update itself

Thanks for reaching out. The scrolling issue with Insert Media started after your WordPress update, but it’s being triggered by a conflict with PageLayer. Page builders often need updates to stay compatible with new WordPress versions.

Since PageLayer isn’t developed or supported by us here at Automattic, you’ll want to contact their team:

They can confirm if there’s a known compatibility issue with WordPress 7.0.4 and whether an update is available. If they point something out that isn’t on their end, feel free to come back and share that information with us!
