I am having the same problem. I’ve just upgraded from WP 3.1.2 to 3.2.1, and now when I click on the “Add an image” button while composing or editing a post absolutely nothing happens. I’ve tried it in Safari and Opera with the same results, and I’m working on a Mac running OS X 10.5.8, which seemed to be able to manage with the previous WP version well enough.
By the way, I find I can go to the ADD NEW MEDIA page and get images into the content folder… but I can’t do anything with them because of the above issue.
Thumbing through similar issues, I find suggestions about switching off plug-ins, which I’ve tried without success.
Well, I don’t know if this will help regevlio: I reloaded 3.1.2, and found the problem persisted, then remembered that I had reset the default number of columns on the Graphene theme before the trouble occurred. I reactivated Graphene as my theme (I had turned to Twenty Ten, following another thread’s tip), reset to one sidebar at left, and it’s accepting the Add {Stuff} buttons again.
…but I’m not anxious to re-upgrade to see what the effect might be.
