insert flash into index.php

Hi folks!

I have a flash that i want to embed into my index.php of my theme – this flash reads from a xml file and takes pictures from a map (it’s a slideshow).
I try to insert the flash but it’s not running. I used this code:

<object width=”788″ height=”80″><param name=”movie” value=”http://site.com/test/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/flashmovie.swf”><embed src=”http://site.com/test/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/flashmovie.swf&#8221; width=”788″ height=”80″></embed></object>

So i need your help smart people!
