Insert a link to a main salider

Hello,

Im using this template http://www.zoomenlinea.com/
I need to insert an external link to first image of the main slider, because there is where some clients advertise.
The thing its that those images come from Featured Image, and those type of images dont know how to insert links, perhaps has to be in css? but dont know how!!
