I’m no longer accepting tech support requests through email or the Contact Us interface. As user support volume has grown, it’s gotten way too confusing and I found myself answering the wrong questions and sometimes confusing users. Gmail is just not suited for support management. It still comes to me directly, but this way, we can keep all related elements of the conversation in one place.
