• Anybody using this plug-in? I’ve posted questions on his blog but my questions just keep changing and I can’t delete my old posts. Anyway, my questions are:

    1) I’ve followed all the directions for getting a nested gallery to show up and it doesn’t. I view source and the HTML still says <!–gallery[/mysubfolder/]–>. Getting a main gallery to display works.

    2) Is there a way to get the gallery [tag] to automatically show up in the post?

    3) How do I get rid of the <br /> in the alt text?

That’s most of them for now, but I’m sure more will surface. Thanks whoever can answer!

  • Hey, I’ve got a user! 😀

    1. is there something like
    [dir]
    mysubfolder

    in the desc.txt file?

    2. you can use {$tag} in the template

    3. is there a <br /> in the alt text? URL, please!

    Hey! I got a response! 😀

    1. There was when I tried it. I couldn’t get it to pull up the subfolder though. I’ll try it again and get back to you.

    2. I have to put that inside php code though, right? For instance I can just put <!–gallery–> right into my WordPress post but I can or can’t just put {$tag}?

    3. As others using your product somewhere described, something must be reading the desc.txt file with line breaks at the end of each photo description so that it generates the alt text with the code
between the description and the file size information. The website’s not up and we’re currently playing around with making it go live. Plus I’m not comfortable posting my family’s website URL here. If you’d like to correspond, please e-mail me at karenmail@austin.rr.com.

Also, for what I want to use it for, even with these little issues, your product is doing great!

m0n5t3r, you still out there? Your web page is down. I’ve downloaded your plugin (from Google cache, version 0.3.0), uploaded it to the plugins folder, activated the plugin and my blog dies:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/electro/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/inline_gallery/lib/JpgFile.php on line 44

Of course, deleting the whole inline_gallery plugin folder works. But what could I be doing wrong?

I’d really like to take a look at your plugin, especially since it has the ability to insert gallery photos into posts.

Oh wow, funny timing. Your site just went back online! Still wasn’t able to get it working out of the box with 0.3. Any ideas?

I’m using WP 2.0.4 and I tried toinstall the inline-gallery plugin but I have a error message saying that the file /lib/script-loader.php is missing.

This file is not included in the plugin zip file.

    Could anyone help me !!!
