Initial miscommunication, but issue resolved

I initially received the incorrect theme (single vs. bundle) and reached out to them and never got a response. Turns out that it was a country block on my email provider’s side that prevented me from getting their responses. Once I chatted with them on their website, we figured that out and all worked fine from then on.

The wise, I like what they put together and will use their themes for a few customer projects.
