Hello. I am starting with your plugin, and some small issues have arrived I would like to report. I am still testing, so far looks good.

    1) Portuguese Language is Poor Translated => This issue I solved by myself fixing and completing the translation, just include the new strings in next release and you will have a much better pt-br localization. This is very important because it is causing some interpretation problems. Easy to fix because strings are just updated.

    2) The option section has a weird scroll down effect. When I change the tab, the screen automatically perform an annoyning page down. This is a interface issue and can be considered a minor bug.

    3) The templates included are nice, but the color looks fixed. I would like the template Inherit button color from theme, similar many other plugin. Your plugin seems fixed at blue, I can learn to create a template but would be VERY good if the templates provided Inherits color from theme. This is not a bug, but an importat improvement in the templates.

    Best regards,
    Celso.

I uploaded the updated language files, and now the Portuguese translation is MUCH better. I was able to cross check with the UI, so it’s a nice work.

Please kindly download the files and update in the next release, the result is far better.

You can find the links here, in a temporary directory I will remove in a few weeks once the site starts the production test:

    Hey Celso,

Thanks for your detailed feedback, please find my response below.

    1. Thanks so much for taking the time to fix our translation, I’ll update this in the next release! (https://github.com/download-monitor/download-monitor/issues/346)
    2. Confirmed, we’ll fix this in the next version.(https://github.com/download-monitor/download-monitor/issues/347)
    3. I agree that this would be great but the challenge for us here is backwards compatibility. What I mean with that is that if we would change/remove our own styling in an update and will try to adept theme styling we will break *a lot* of websites. For now the best way to do this would be to style the elements yourself via e.g. your theme (they should be easy to override) or indeed override the template file.

Thanks again for your feedback. For the first and second issue I’ll keep you updated via the linked GitHub issues.

    Cheers,
    Barry
