    Hi, I noticed that your plugin doesn’t record any information from the order itself. Even if the customer has added his personal info, but didn’t complete the checkout (credit card info), the plugin doesn’t have any details while woocommerce has the order as cancelled.

    Hi @dmitrinaz,

    Thank you for sharing the site URL and your query.

    In our Lite version of the Abandoned Cart plugin, we do not capture the cart as abandoned if the customer leaves the site on any payment gateway page after selecting the payment method.

    However, in our Pro version of the Abandoned Cart plugin, we do consider the cart as abandoned and send the abandoned cart reminder emails to the customer who leaves the website on PayPal or any other payment method Payment page without completing the payment process.
