There is a JS error on your page, which very likely the reason the x button doesn’t work as expected.

Once one JS error occured, other scripts stop working.

    TypeError: wheel_slide1 is null
    https://www.alloygator.com.my/find-a-fitter/
    Line 753

    Also this error show up.
    “NetworkError: 404 Not Found – https://www.alloygator.com.my/wp-content/plugins/wp-store-locator/img/markers/alloygator2@2x.png”

If you have no knowledge of code then I assume you had a developer create this site for you? If so, then you should contact him and ask him to fix it. Both errors shouldn’t be there.

Why? JS errors are no good, they shouldn’t be there in the first place.

Does it also happen when you use a default theme without any other plugins?
