info hotspot problem

    Hi,

    Made a tour which works perfect many hotspots scene and info however on desktop clicking on a into hotspot opens a new tab with the url thats set BUT on mobile it does NOT open a new tab but changes the page to that url hence customer looses location where he/she was in the tour.

    Please fix hotspot info URL to force open a new tab/window on all systems (so mobile too!) (this is possible tested with own simple pages so there might be a small problem in the plugin code). Really would start using the plugin much more and advertise to our customers.

    Hope you can fix it quick 🙂

    (as per your manual URL: Provide URL of a website, so clicking on hotspot will take you to that website on a new tab.) (no new tab opens currently on mobile!)

    Hi @brunoco , on a mobile device, the link opens a new tab, but it doesn’t switch to the new tab. If you browse to the new tab, you will see the web page.

    We will try to create the “force open new tab” feature in the near future. But thanks for pointing out.

    For now, I am marking this thread as resolved. Feel free to open more threads if you find further issues.
