Infinite Scrolling

    I have a problem with the Astra theme and the Simply Natural template. Non-logged-in users can scroll endlessly on every page (after the footer with no content). Logged-in users, the page stops after the footer.
    Which setting is wrong?

    Primarily, such an issue occurs due to a third-party plugin conflict and the website’s or caching plugins’ caching.

    Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this.

    Here is what you can do to check:

    1. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins to see which plugin is causing the problem.

    2. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches, if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.
