• Hello, my rebuild cache never ends.
which means that I constantly get the message “No articles in Shop, Please rebuild cache.”
Yet I put my API key, insert the ID of my shop Spreadshirt in the settings also …

    Can you help me ?

    Regards,
    MQ

    Hi,

You added the minimal shortcode [spreadplugin] to a page where shop should be displayed? And did you try to disable any cache plugin like W3 Total Cache? For example (at least during the product database build process) 🙂

    Cheers

Hi, I do not have cache plugins installed at the moment and I created a test page with only the required shortcode …

I forgot to notify but I work in localhost, can the problem come from there?

Did you click rebuild cache in spreadplugin settings?

Hm at the moment I have no clue. Does the rebuild process finish or are messaging appearing?

Nothing appears, the loading is just infinite, I do not understand ..

    Lost in translation 😉

Ok, it seems it can’t read the pages with the shortcode. Let’s try something:

    1) Create a new page, switch to text mode and paste the shortcode [spreadplugin]
    2) Give the page a name / url
    3) Try to rebuild cache.

Are you using a different editor for your pages?
Can I have an admin (support) account to try and check what’s wrong? (If so, send it to info@spreadplugin.de )

    Cheers
    Thimo
