Indispensable plugin

With the growing attacks and multiple site to manage, wordfence even in free version is an essential tool to protect your WP. I had site with and without WF installed, needless to say I always regretted not having it!

It takes a moment to setup but not anything crazy difficult, some knowledge and if stuck the forum are there to ehlp and no doubt the WF team.
