index.php not loading on new server

hey, i just moved wp to new server – i can login fine to the dashboard and have successfully imported the old database, but i cant load the site? Get a timeout error;

“Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”

maybe someone with a bit more knowledge can easy see what is going on here??
