Index page help

OK. I tried every wording possible to search this question and came up with the same pages everytime with no help. Right now my wordpress journal is at http://inamanic.net/wordpress and I want it to be at http://inamanic.net so would I just simply open the wordpress folder and upload everything into my main directory or is it more to it than that?
