Please can you:
1.) Resave permalink structure
2.) Send a screenshot of your KB Settings screen
3.) Send a link to the page where you have your knowledgebase
4.) Send a screenshot of that Page in the editor so i can see you added the shortcode properly.
Thanks,
Maeve
I had sent the request by returning e-mail to you already. There are the crop images of the screens and I would have hard time posting it here. I wonder if you receive it or do you wish me to reply it here?

Hi Maeve,
Still waiting for your response. Tell me what to do.

Please reply here with the previously requested info.
For your question, below is the answer.
1. I update the permalink a few times alreeady.
2. The KB Setting screen.

3. The page to shortcode
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxnnm6L4aQ6ReWRaMWhyRmVwLUU/view?usp=sharing
4. The link to the page is innovitroconsulting.com/knowledgebase
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxnnm6L4aQ6RbkdXV2xlWkxDc3M/view?usp=sharing
This is kind of strange as the shortcode is pointing to somewhere else, not the proper place. That’s why the tille of the page says Archives:Knowledgebase.
5. The screen of the articles page of the knowledgebase.

For your information. Please help.
Sorry. The post did not get responded, so I did several posting.
Strange! From what I can see, the knowledgebase related code is appearing on that page, it’s just not pulling any content in. I wonder if something has gone wrong on install with the templates that are meant to get added to your theme? Please can you try this:
1.) Go to Knowledgebase settings and the last option which says “wipe data on uninstall” set to “NO”. This is very important if you don’t want your posts and categories to get wiped as we proceed…
2.) Activate the default twentytwelve theme via Appearance > Themes
Check the KB page at http://innovitroconsulting.com/knowledgebase/ Does it show correctly now or not?
If yes, report back here with results.
If no, continue with these steps:
3.) Go to your Plugins area and deactivate all other plugins except WP Knowledgebase.
Test again. Does it show now?
If yes, report back here.
If no, continnue with:
4.) re-install a fresh copy of the WP Knowledgebase plugin.
Test. Report back.
Sorry Maeve. I had tried all 4 steps as you had recommended. Nothing is working.
So you are saying that a fresh copy of the plugin, on a fresh install of WordPress running no other plugins and default twentytwelve theme does not work for you?
Please may I ask where you are hosting? Any extra security features installed that might be blocking the plugin from writing to the active theme directory (to copy over those templates)?
