Do you have “Options +Indexes” in your .htaccess? Or your web server configuration?

Looks like you have installed WP in a subdirectory:

It’s that right?
If not, you may need to move your WP files to the root.

yes and no. Heres what i just did, i went in dashboard, theres a link that says edit front page. I see everything i put on there,the link is correct but when i cklick on view page it goes to the index page.
But as you said above about http://car-buying-guide.us/wp i would be happy if that page came up when i used car-buying-guide.us

Yeah i’d say your problem is your directories need moving around.
