Incredible support, Solid Platform

Our organization recently made the switch from GiveWP to Charitable, and the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. We used their white-glove migration service, and the transition was handled flawlessly.

What has truly blown me away, though, is their support team. Hands down, the best support I’ve ever received from a WordPress plugin. They’re incredibly kind, responsive, and efficient, and consistently go above and beyond to address any questions or concerns.

It’s clear that their team genuinely cares about their customers and takes tremendous pride in their product. I can’t say enough good things about Charitable and the people behind it. We’re so, so glad we made the switch. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!
