Hey guys, I’m having a nightmare trying to increase my upload file size so I can add OptimizePress 2.0. I’m on a VPS with BlueHost & they have just increased my php.ini for me to 100MB but in my WP dashboard > upload new media it still says max upload size is 10MB.

I’ve tried reinstalling WP to no avail.

    Any ideas?

Hi Lettergrade & Hallelujah! After spending HOURS chatting with my host’ live chat folks, emailing VPS support back & forward etc, I have finally got to the bottom of this situation. All thanks to you & that article you pointed me to.

I went through all the steps in the article, refreshed my page & guess what…?

My upload limit was still 10 fricken MB!!! GRRR!

Then I scrolled down & read the 1st comment.

Important thing to note: Using the php.ini method requires that the file be located in the wp-admin folder, not the root of your WP installation.

    TA-DAAAAH!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out!

    Have 10K good karma points!!

    A very happy, Robbie Gee
